Papa Chilo’s Healing Hands was born out of obedience to a divine calling.

After years of working in the corporate world, I began to feel a stirring in my spirit—one that I couldn’t ignore. God was calling me to leave behind the comfort and predictability of my career to step into something deeper, something sacred. He reminded me of the gifts He had already placed within me: the generational knowledge of healing herbs passed down from my grandfather, Papa Chilo, the heart to serve and nurture others, and most importantly, a faith rooted in Christ.

In the quiet place of prayer, God gave me a clear vision—and a Scripture that became the foundation of everything we do:

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms... so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ.” —1 Peter 4:10-11

That verse lit a fire in my heart. It was no longer just about making herbal remedies—it was about using these God-given gifts to serve, to heal, and to glorify Him. That’s why every salve, oil, and balm we create is prayed over and crafted with purpose. We are simply vessels, stewarding the wisdom passed down from Papa Chilo and allowing God to work through our hands.

Since stepping out in faith, I’ve witnessed God open doors in ways I never imagined. He has brought people into our lives who needed healing—not just physically, but spiritually. Through Papa Chilo’s Healing Hands and the local Christian women’s networking group He called me to start, I’ve seen firsthand how God is using this mission to bring Christ back into businesses, families, and communities.

This isn’t just a business—it’s a ministry. It’s our legacy, our offering, and our act of worship.
